The sessions in the packages above take place over the phone, via Zoom.
After you have picked the program that best suits you, I will send you a contract and an invoice. It will include a description of the package inclusions, a contract, billing details and a link to my calendar and Slack channel. You will book future sessions using that link. I will also send you a link to a Google Suite folder that only you and I have access to, which will contain our career coaching document and any and all resources that you’ll need in the course of your job search journey.
At the end of our program together, we will discuss if you would like to continue based on your needs and take it from there.
There are no refunds if you have already had your Career Success Strategy Masterclass sessions take place.
If you've purchased the Job Search Accelerator program, you are entitled to a refund of the portion which you have not yet utilized (please ask for detailed schedule sheet).
The program instills elite recruitment insights and job search strategies. Ultimately, we are working to ensure that you are never concerned about finding a job again. This makes the program a worthwhile investment from beginning to end, even if you secure a job before it concludes.
Life happens. If you sign up for a package and are unable for a tangible reason outside of your control to use any of your coaching sessions, I will provide a refund as per refund policy outlined above.

No. However, if a career coaching client has synergies with a company that I am connected to, and I feel that there are porential synergies, I will make the appropriate introductions or referral.
As a career coach, I often get asked, 'Why don't you guarantee that I'll get a job?' It's a valid question, but here's the scoop:
While most active job seekers garner informational interviews within the first 30 days and many have landed their jobs within 120 days, no guarantees are made in respect of any external outcome such as successful interview outcomes or invitations to interview because job searching and career advancement are complex processes influenced by various factors, including market conditions, individual qualifications, and timing. Promising a guaranteed job or career success can be misleading and unrealistic.
Career coaches can provide valuable guidance, strategies, and support, but they don't have control over external factors such as job market fluctuations or employer decisions. Offering a money-back guarantee implies a level of control that doesn't exist. Offering a guarantee that's difficult to fulfill could raise ethical questions about the coach's practices.
🌟 Job hunting is a unique journey for each individual. Success depends on multiple variables - from market conditions to personal qualifications. No one can predict outcomes with 100% certainty.
This is because every person is different. Some people have more time to job search than others. Some people are more experienced than others. Some have more relevant transferable skills. Some have emotional and psychological blockers that get in the way of moving the process forward. Others have more things on their wishlist and non-negotiables list for their ideal job. Some are going after a more competitive industry than others.
