The Short Version

The Long Version
Decades ago, if you'd have told me that my own career pivots from sales, advertising, marketing, public relations and recruiting would have been the foundation for a solid career coaching method that has enabled me to coach over 500 professionals into the right jobs that pay more, in less time and with no guesswork, I'd have said you're crazy. But here we are!
Who knew all those years of creating ad campaigns, writing copy and press releases, media planning, cold calls, nurturing warm leads, closing business deals, headhunting candidates would lead to a combination of unique job search techniques that some of my clients have dubbed "The Dezzi Way" which has changing people's lives, one job at a time!
Job hunting can be intimidating, frustrating and emotionally draining, but with me, you have a career coach with years of experience as a full life cycle recruiter (translation: a recruiter who is trained to reach out to potential clients, convince said clients to hire the recruiter to fill roles for them, find the right candidates for these roles, ensure that everyone's happy and do the process all over again and again and again) who can teach you how to job-hunt by giving you an insight into the what, how and why's on the hiring side, while giving you the encouragement and support that only someone who has been a part of hiring teams for over a decade, you'll not only find the right job in less time than your competition, you'll stay sane throughout the process.
When I'm not guiding people through their job search, I serve as a recruiting consultant to early-stage startups who need to scale and know it's crucial to pick the right people but don't need a full-time recruiter just yet, so it helps both my startup founder clients and my job seekers in the long run because I'm able to connect the right people with companies that appreciate them as well.
